Many of our customers have been in business for several years. They have systems that they have been using for several years. They are old, but they work. So no one upgraded them. However, these systems became islands of information. They would not talk to say for example Microsoft Office. We have successfully transformed systems that are based in dBase, Foxbase, Foxpro, Sybase, Progress and various DOS applications etc. into applications that would mesh easily with the current office setup. Some of these applications even have a secure web interface. In some cases, we have successfully provided interfaces to packages like Quickbooks and Peachtree. These features allow our customers to work from anywhere at anytime. It also allows the company system to hum like one big piece of machinery.

 

Another example of our successful software conversion is taking mainframe applications written in Fortran or COBOL and converting them into Java, Microsoft compliant or Open source applications. The customers walk with a solution that is far superior to their existing setup. In one case, one customer who was printing reports from mainframe systems only to manually key into Microsoft Excel saw their cost savings from improved productivity and reduction in errors pay for the application in less than six months.
