We deliver this by following a rigorous five step process. They are as follows,

2. Proof of Concept: To further minimize risk we will undertake a pilot engagement which will prove to you that our recommendations in phase 1 indeed work.
3. Transfer Management: Once the ‘Proof of Concept' milestones are met to your satisfaction we will methodically transfer your project components to our facilities in India. Our unique phase gate approach will ensure that the project is transferred in a seamless fashion with no impact to performance or quality.
4. Project Management: During this stage we will completely handle both the business as well as execution elements of your project. In this phase, you will be in a ‘cruise control' mode where you will be able to monitor critical parameters of the project.
